I got this pop up saying Congratulation your our weekly winner! and it asked weather i wanted a iPhone 4 a $ 500 visa gift card or a iPad 2. So i picked iPad 2 and i put in my address and other shipping information and afterward i pressed done. (no offers or anything like that) it said one unclaimed gift! And that was it and i was wondering if that i will get the gift or if it was just a spam?

It’s a spam! I’m always getting pop ups like that and i know i dont always actually win them, I mean no one would go around giving a iPad away for free unless there some catch to it.

I was thinking about getting an ipad, but I already have a laptop and an itouch. Does the ipad have anything that I don’t already have with my laptop and itouch? Is it worth it?

well it has all the same things but lots of people like getting the newest version. I have a computer and an itouch. But I did try the ipad and its the same except its a bigger touch screen.

The only browser available on iPhones is Safari, the one it comes with.

Hi,
I have to give a presentation as to why iPad applications are necessary for Small & Medium scale industry.I want to make them aware of the the business potential that a tablet gives(branding etc). I need to provide some points to make a good argument, any ideas ?

I am just not looking at iPad applications, I will also be making applications for android tablets too. Apps range from making e-brochures, mobile websites and also business applications.

I live in Canada. I heard it is better to register the iPad to a US address etc because it has less restrictions/more options for content. Is this true?

Try Handbrake.

From the DVD, you want to use DVD Decryptor to strip the DRM from the files and rip them to your hard drive.

Then, use HandBrake to convert the .vob files into a format the iPhone 4 can use (there should be a preset, otherwise I believe it’s H.264 @ 720p or MPEG-4).

Then, drop them into iTunes, and that’s it.

I’m trying to connect my iPad 2 to my keyboard (the instrument). I want to be able to play the sounds from Garageband while also watching a video on the iPad 2. Is this possible?
