Will I be able to update my iPhone while is turned off. I’ve been trying to update to the new IOS but everytime I’m an hour or two in, I can either receive a text, a call, or a notification and my update gets interrupted and I’ll have to restart all over again. I’m getting fustrated and wanted to know if the update was possible while off, or maybe even while on airplane mode. Any suggestion would help. Thanks!

You can probably hook up your iphone to your computer and update it through itunes. You can do this while having your phone on airplane mode.
My work does not have wifi…i have to tether my laptop to my phone to get internet. With the ipad…do i have to purchase a separate service for wireless access?

you need a 3g ipad if you want the internet without wifi
I turned on my iPad 2 to play some games, but the sounds aren’t working! They work fine with headphones in, and when I play music on the speakers, but none of the game or app sounds are coming through the speakers. Why is this? Thanks!

Maybe your volume is turned down. For now, use your headphones and contact customer services. 
I went to walmart because i needed to print out pictures from my iphone but they told me i needed a chip? Haha idk but where do i buy it and how much does it cost? Whats another way to print my pictures out from my iphone4?

use your iphone and send the pictures to your yahoo email, gmail, or whatever. using your computer, open your email. click and drag the pictures to a flash drive. bring the flash drive to walmart to print the pictures.
or
plug your iphone to your computer, then open up window explorer. find the folder on your iphone that has your pictures. click and drag the pictures to your flash drive.
when walmart said chip, he’s referring to a portable flash drive. a flash drive is a portable storage device that plugs into a usb port.
My Dell Inspiron Desktop computer needs to be restored to factory settings. It appears that it does not have the required partition to do the ctrl+F11 restore. I no longer have the system restore CD. I do have the operating system CD as well as the Microsoft Office suite, but that is about it.
Can I download and burn to a CD the System Restore disk?

Sure, illegally. A system restore disc is just a copy of Windows and you use it to reformat the hard drive.
