Im so mad. I cant get ahold of them, and it has a passcode set. Now I cant get into the phone without the passcode. is there any way around this?

Yes, all you have to do is plug your iPhone into your computer, launch iTunes and restore it to factory settings. This will wipe everything on the phone, allowing you to access it.
When I check my U-verse phone messages or save music files Dell Jukebox pops up. I have Yahoo and Windows Media. How can I get them to pop up automatically instead of the obsolete Dell Jukebox?

What ever program that you want to open up your audio files:
First – open the progam that you would like to use for your audio files
Next – open the properties, tools, preferences, options tab (either one that you have the option of opening)
Set the player to be the default player for opening up your audio files by allowing it to ASSOCIATE the audio files.
