You’ll want to place the device in recovery mode by searching proper steps on google. I would tell you but I’m on my iPhone right now. Once in recoverymode itunes will automatically recover your firmware.

Anything you buy through iTunes is saved to your account an can always be redowoaded in iTunes on computer or on iPhone in AppStore/iTunes. You won’t lose anything

Cellular data is data transmitted through the cellular phone system. You can visit websites anywhere that you can get a phone signal, but that may get expensive depending on your data plan.

If you still have the manual that came with the phone..you can go into options/settings and change things around a lot…as well as block certain numbers..

Maybe they secured the network or made it so only registered IP addresses can access it. I know over time, my IT department has gotten a lot more strict about what can be on our networks. And if you were streaming podcasts or Pandora or whatever, you may have been using too much bandwidth, and they cut you off. Just a possibility.

Otherwise reset your network settings and try to reconnect.

Are these regular Mac applications or some apps that are made to only work on the iPad. There are some things that do not work on all Mac products.
If you want to protect the apps from loss and not use them on your Mac you might try placing a folder on your desktop and place the apps in it as a site to hold them. I don’t know if that will work, but you can try.
