However, it seems to put out some interference, as my wireless mouse drops range rapidly if it’s plugged in. The range returns to normal when I switch to a different adapter, so I think it’s probably a shielding issue. Not really a huge deal, as this will be a backup laptop, but it’s worth mentioning. The plug fits snugly into the laptop jack. The cords are about 8′ long total, and seem to be the right diameter/thickness. After a couple hours of being plugged it’s hard to tell if it’s warm or not. I don’t think this is a knock-off.
