I tried using my IPad tonight and there is a huge grey and white bar with multi-colored stripes across the center of my screen. I havn’t used it in a few weeks and it has not been dropped nor any water damage. Any idea what this could be and how long will it take to fix?

my ipad was working perfectly until all of a sudden it couldnt be synced/charged, it was neither dropped nor damaged whatsoever. took it to the apple store last June and here i am 2 months passed and still ipad-less.
