How to activate iOS 5 on an iPad 2?
I heard that you had to activate voice over then click the time and swipe down with 3 fingers, the notification appeared but there was nothing on it. Is there another way to activate the iPad 2.

iOS5 hasn’t been released. There is NO WAY of installing it. apple are very protective of their fashion items.
I heard its only for devolopers… If you want it now your going to have to spend 100$ ……… Your just going have to wait like the rest of us. Its new and a lot of glitches still.. Just wait like me.
Yeah it is not activated but upgraded. You can only do when its available. You can go to apple.com and in iOS section and subscribe there. In this way you will be notified when the iOS will be released so then you only need to do update.

you can activate it for FREE but there’re some steps that you need to do
1) you need to jailbreak your iphone with redsn0w 0.9.8b1
2) you have to bypass the activation screen so you can go to cydia (cydia will be white cuz its a tethered jailbreak) use this guide

i didn’t try it on ipad 2 but could work
if you can restore from a backup after updatine to ios it will work
by deleting the two lines (its in the video) with ibackup bot
