I have an Iphone4 and i’ve been trying to update it all day to the Iphone 5 software!:( But for some reason it’s been “backing up” and thats it. I’ve tried restarting my phone, laptop, and itunes… but it still has the same results.. help!:(

Their server is being slammed. You just have to keep trying in hopes it will finally go through. You are not the only one experiencing these problems. I too had to try a couple times before it finally updated.
