Transfer music from iPhone 4 to ITunes 10.5?

I need help because i just ‘rebooted’ and deleted all my files off of my mac today and i want my music. I have it on my iPhone 4 and i want to transfer it! help :)

As long as you have your iTunes on your computer. Then connect your iPhone and sync your music across.
