What cables besides the 2AV do I need to connect my iPad to an older TV?
I have the little white thing that plugs in to the iPad itself, and the long black HDMI cable. I know I need a component cable that will split the video and audio and such, but I can’t seem to find the right thing. Can someone point me to an apple or an eBay link maybe? Thanks so much!

You say component, so here is a link for that.

Most older TVs need Composite input. Here is a link for that too.

I see its AV cable , A= audio, v= video that is called audio video cable. There is three cable attached one is yellow color that is video cable and two cable for audio , one of them white and other red both are for left and right audio separately.By the way I also want you tell that there are also many site online which offers many prizes. I can redirect you to a site where there are opportunity to get Macbook Air®, Apple iPhone 4®, or a iPad 2® .
Apple website may be helpful for you.
