When I plug my iPhone 4 into my laptop it doesn’t work please help I need it urgently?
A banner comes up saying this iphone cannot be used because the apple mobile device service is not started what do I do I just uploaded the new itunes that didn’t work please help I need my phone updating as I need to put my music on etc.

If you are using a PC go to services and start the apple Service
Have you restarted the computer?
