when i sync the ipad for the first time, would the iOS be updated automaticly? i just wondering ..apple just release the ios 4.3.4, so if i buy the ipad2 today, could i still got the 4.3.3 ios?
so i could choose if i want to upgrade or not?

Just choose the option to search for upgrades, if you are on the old one it will upgrade, if not it will tell you you are up to date. Plus, iTunes should tell you what version you are running.
It will ask you if you want to update I think
